HF Whizz allows you set a security question on your phone that will help you in PIN self-reset should you forget it in future. Simply click on the profile photo on the app and set your security question. This option is also available when using *618#.
You may also call the customer service line on 0709 438888 or visit any of our branches near you and they will RESET your PIN. Your new PIN will be sent to you via SMS. You have the option of changing your PIN once you log in using the new PIN.
The only accounts displayed on Mobile Banking are the accounts that are linked to your mobile number. Should you wish to view more accounts kindly visit any of our branches near you and request for additional accounts to be added for you to view them.

Your loan limit increases the more you transact on HF Whizz, borrow and repay your loans regularly and through increasing your savings on the HF Whizz account.
You will not be able to borrow another loan if you have an existing one. However, as soon as you repay the existing loan you may be able to borrow another loan immediately.

If the loan is not repaid within the 30 days, you risk being denied further credit until repayment is made. Further default could result in listing with the Credit Reference Bureaus which could adversely affect your credit rating.
